Learn the differences and similarities between cartoon and manga styles, develop characters with distinct personalities, and enhance your drawing skills through lessons on line work, shading, perspective, and anatomy. Explore coloring and inking techniques, and work on creative projects like manga pages and cartoon strips. Tue	Clay Figurine: By American Academy of Fine Arts	In our Clay Class, young artists will explore the full journey of working with clay—from shaping and sculpting to refining and glazing their creations. Students will learn hand-building techniques such as pinching, coiling, and slab construction to create fun and expressive 3D works and decorative pieces. As part of the creative process, students will also be introduced to surface design, texture tools, and basic glazing techniques, gaining an understanding of how to add color and finish to their work.
