Over the course of the six weeks, your chld will learn the proper skills and techniques so that they can become a more successful basketball player. Your child does not need to bring a basketball as basketballs are provded at the beginning of each sesion for each athlete. Fri	Flipsters Gymnastics: By National Kids Gym	Flipsters classes are geared toward beginner and intermediate gymnasts who want to learn basic gymnastics and tumbling skills, while incorporating lots of fun! The program will enable your children to enhance their basic motor skills as well as further develop their body awareness of themselves and others. They will develop confidence in their physical abilities and increase their determination. The class includes all four gymnastics events; tumbling, balance beam, vault, and bars. It also includes the mini trampoline, group activities, stretching, games, and strength. Over the course of the program, children will develop confidence, good coordination, control and physical awareness.
