The program will enable your children to enhance their basic motor skills as well as further develop their body awareness of themselves and others. They will develop confidence in their physical abilities and increase their determination. The class includes all four gymnastics events; tumbling, balance beam, vault, and bars. It also includes the mini trampoline, group activities, stretching, games, and strength. Over the course of the program, children will develop confidence, good coordination, control and physical awareness.
