We teach your students through fun and games to learn proper technique of running. We run field-based races as well as teaching them to run with a baton. We teach them to work as a team while running as an individual. We develop the total athlete through fitness and strength exercises geared towards supporting running in a fun way. We help develop fitness for students who may need a little encouragement or help with their current sports teams. We meet athletes where they are physically, relationally and mentally. We help build confidence and sportsmanship through positive encouragement and fun team-building relay races. We keep the FUN in teaching your students to run!" |
