For summer camps and non-school day programs, be sure to tell your agency your child is enrolled in full-time care, as summer approvals are often set up for part-time and may need to be updated.

| Thu | Little Spanish Explorers: Learning Spanish through Music, Games, and Fun!: By Beltran Spanish Tutoring | Little Spanish Explorers is a dynamic and engaging Spanish class for students in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. At this age, repetition plays an important role in language learning, so students are welcome and often benefit from taking this course more than once. Each session reinforces core vocabulary while introducing new weekly themes to keep learning fresh and meaningful. The focus of the class is developing listening and speaking skills through fun, interactive activities. Music, videos, and songs are an essential part of the learning process, helping students absorb Spanish naturally and gain confidence as they participate and take risks in a supportive environment. To extend learning at home, I create a class website each year using Padlet, where I post weekly activities, games, and links to the songs and videos used in class. Students will also have access to Rockalingua, a subscription-based platform that I provide, offering fun and engaging content to support their learning. Little Spanish Explorers offers a joyful environment where children feel confident, engaged, and excited to learn Spanish. |
