Dependent Care Receipts

Important Notes:
  • We have transitioned to our new registration management system, The RAS Family Portal. However, families who made payments in Jumbula during 2024 will still need to access their dependent care receipts from that system.
  • If you used Jumbula during 2024: You should have received your dependent care receipt via email. If not, please follow the steps under “Jumbula Instructions.”
  • If you're already using the RAS Family Portal: Please skip to “RAS Family Portal Instructions” below.

Jumbula Instructions

  • Select your State, District, and School in the form and click GET STARTED.
  • On the Sign up screen, click Already a user? Sign in and log in with the email address and password you used to create your account. You'll be taken directly to the Dependent Care Receipt page.
  • Select a calendar year or specific date range. Simply click View Report and all the payments in that range will be displayed.
  • Download the full report as a PDF or Excel file, or print it by clicking the corresponding button.

RAS Family Portal Instructions

  • Click here to visit the RAS Family Portal login page.
  • Enter your email address and password to log into your parent/guardian portal (if you’ve forgotten your password select “Forgot Password”).
  • Once logged in, select Manage on the toolbar to the left, then choose People from the drop down menu.
  • The payment information is stored under the parent/guardian’s profile, so choose your name, not your student’s name to continue.
  • Once you’ve selected your profile, navigate to Transactions and then Payment Statement in the upper right.
  • A window will display that will allow you to select a date range of your payment history. You can choose either a Summary or Detailed version of your statement.
  • Click Generate Report to see your history displayed. If the report looks correct, select Download PDF to download a copy to your computer.
  • If you notice any errors in your statement, please contact our Customer Support Team.

  • From the dropdown menu, choose your Summer Camp location and click "OK."

FAQs

What if I started the 2024 calendar year in Jumbula and transitioned to the RAS Family Portal (powered by LineLeader) at the start of the school year?

You should receive your Jumbula dependent care receipt no later than January 22 via email. If you do not receive it, please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance. Follow the “RAS Family Portal Instructions” above to access your LineLeader receipt.
