  • Health Benefits

    Employees who work 30+ hours per week are eligible to enroll in Medical, Dental, and Vision programs.

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

    Through your FSA, administered by Flexible Benefit Corporation, you may use tax-free dollars to pay for most medical, dental, vision, and dependent care expenses.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)

    Your money goes in tax-free, it grows tax-deferred, and your withdrawals to pay for health expenses are again… tax-free. Because you own all the money in your HSA, it stays with you when you change jobs.

  • 401(k)

    Choose from a Traditional or Roth 401(k) plan. Our provider gives you access to low-cost funds and a simplified investment selection platform that makes it easy to sign up and manage over time.

  • Commuter Account

    Make your daily commute to work more convenient and affordable by paying for your qualified workplace mass transit and parking expenses using money from your paycheck that is not taxed.

  • Supplemental Insurance

    Right At School has partnered with APL to make available to you accident, short term disability, life, hospital indemnity and critical illness policies to all employees. (Note: These insurances are voluntary and employee-paid.)

  • Parental Leave

    We offer qualified expecting parents up to twelve weeks of time off, which can include up to four weeks of full pay.

  • Free Childcare

    This benefit allows you to enroll your eligible dependent children in any Right At School before and/or afterschool program tuition-free. Staff will also receive a 50% discount on full-day camps.

  • Employee Referral Bonuses

    Refer us qualified candidates and we’ll reward you with cash if they work for us.
