This spring, Right at School gave New York families who registered early for Fall 2024 programs a chance to win free after school care… for an entire school year!
We are pleased to announce the winner of our third annual After School for a Year sweepstakes: congratulations to the McNamara Family!
Finley McNamara, age 6, will enter first grade this Fall at Big Tree Elementary School in Hamburg, New York — part of Frontier Central School District, a Right At School partner since 2021. Today, RAS delivers high-quality Before and After School programs to more than 450 students in the district. Finley has attended RAS programs since Fall 2023.
Meet the McNamara Family!
Kara McNamara, Finley’s mom, recalls, “When his school had a ‘trunk or treat’ this past year, RAS participated in it and decorated their car/trunk, and when the staff saw Fin in his costume, they were so excited and he just lit up! Little things like that make me feel at ease… knowing that he is in good hands every day, and the ones looking after him are caring and treat him as their own. I could not ask for more… well, maybe except a free year of after school care, which you made possible!”
Dreams really can come true! As the winner of the 2024 After School for a Year sweepstakes, Right At School will be waiving Finley’s after school program tuition for the entire 2024-25 school year!
“I still cannot believe we won this sweepstakes! This means A LOT to our family,” said Kara. “I am forever grateful for Right at School… the staff are all so nice and make our Fin feel at home. He has actually asked to be picked up late because that is how much fun he has there!
